The holiday season is just around the corner. You may be taking a break from work but probably not from your phones and the internet. In fact, let’s admit it – come holiday season, many of us spend even more time on our devices.
Calling relatives, texting friends, posting pictures on social media, connectivity is increasingly part of the festive season.
We spoke to John Allport and Andy Gillions, our Heads of Delivery and Support, about what the festive season looks like for our operations teams.
John: “We’re proud to help a wide range of customers all year. Though many offices are closed during the holidays, we also connect places where people like to spend their time off: hotels, pubs, bingo halls, holiday parks and entertainment arenas. No matter the time of year, we believe connectivity should never be a problem for them.”
Andy: “Since many of our customers will still be open for business over the break, so will we. If any support services are needed, including site visits, our customers can reach us in the usual ways during typical business hours. Similarly, our 24/7 monitoring system stays live so our proactive support and remote fix process are business as usual.”
