Spyder Facilities Acquired by Digital Colony’s UK Digital Infrastructure Platform

Adds More Than 5000 Wireless Site Locations to Rapidly Growing UK Footprint

LONDON, UK – 17th June 2019 – Digital Colony, a global investment firm dedicated to strategic opportunities in digital infrastructure, today announced further growth of its UK platform through the acquisition of Spyder Facilities Limited, a leading UK wireless infrastructure company with over 5,000 locations available for wireless transmission technologies including the latest 5G rollout. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
